As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Director – Community, Partnerships & Events to drive growth through strong partnerships, impactful events, and community building. We’re looking for an experienced Learning Experience Manager to contribute to the development and enhancement of our English Creative Writing and Public Speaking courses for Grades 1–3.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments. Review and refine course content to ensure clarity, engagement, and age-appropriateness. Provide expertise in English language learning, early literacy, storytelling, creative writing, and public speaking.
Develop assessments to evaluate students’ comprehension and communication skills. Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education, instructional design, and digital learning. Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members. What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, Literature, or Education.
• Subject Expertise: Robust knowledge of English language instruction for young learners.
• Language
Skills:
Excellent written English skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and interactive learning.
• Experience in other EdTech platforms is a plus. Prior experience teaching or working with the NAPLAN and Common Core curriculum is preferred.
