• Candidates should possess solid skills in Career Counseling and Career Development to assess client needs and design effective growth pathways.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured remote counseling sessions, to connect with schools and colleges for running workshops.
• Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills to facilitate skill-building, professional development, and goal achievement for a team of 5 to 10 members.
• Relevant experience in academic advising, talent development, HR,



or professional coaching is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage multiple clients, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with global education and career trends, especially in business, digital transformation, and international trade, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in career counseling or coaching are a plus
• 2 to 5years experience
• 6 months probation period
