We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our ongoing project in Idukki, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project plans.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
• Monitor material requirements, usage and site inventory.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and project management teams.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain proper site discipline.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.

Requirements:
• Diploma / B.




Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site management.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities independently.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. What We Are Looking For:
