- Sales Job Summary Radivate Solution is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Sales Team. We are seeking candidates who are interested in IT sales and looking to build a career in the field. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and implement end-to-end sales strategies, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closures, pipeline management, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. We are looking for ideal candidates who possess strong communication skills, business interest, leadership qualities, extroverted personalities, and a strong willingness to learn, along with basic IT knowledge. Job Responsibilities ➢ Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn,
and networking ➢ Identify and generate new business leads ➢ Schedule meetings and appointments with clients ➢ Understand customer business requirements and coordinate with internal teams ➢ Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients ➢ Prepare sales presentations and proposals. ➢ Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers ➢ Update CRM with sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status ➢ Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure ➢ Build and maintain strong customer relationships ➢ Participate in client meetings, events, and product demonstrations ➢ Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Requirements➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ➢ Robust communication and presentation skills ➢ Good understanding of basic IT concepts and technologies ➢ Interest in business development and sales ➢ Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ➢ Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow professionally Location
