5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Planning, Billing & Estimation Engineer with a solid background in civil engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, quantity estimation, billing, cost analysis, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and RA bills.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare material requirement statements and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Verify measurements and quantities at project sites.
• Maintain project documentation and billing records.
• Prepare MIS reports and project cost statements.




• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Project (MSP) for project planning and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of Tally.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing.
• Understanding of civil construction projects and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Educational Qualification
• B.
Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Qualification must be from the Civil Engineering branch. Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in planning, billing, and estimation.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
