About the Role
The Associate: Fuel Operations will support day-to-day fuel operations for Karnataka by coordinating with customers, delivery partners, operators, and internal teams. The role focuses on order coordination, delivery tracking, customer communication, basic documentation, MIS updates, and issue follow-ups to support smooth and timely fuel delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support
• Support daily fuel order execution for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery partners, operators, and internal teams.
• Track real-time order and delivery status.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, or failed fuel deliveries.
• Support the team in resolving basic operational issues. 2. Customer Coordination
• Coordinate order confirmations and delivery details.
• Proactively share delivery updates with customers.
• Follow up for required customer information and approvals.
• Support resolution of basic customer queries.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with assigned accounts. 3. Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate with delivery partners and operators to meet turnaround times (TAT).
• Track vehicle movement and delivery status continuously.
• Follow up on delivery delays and field exceptions.
• Support complete delivery closure and confirmation.
• Escalate critical operational blockers to the Reporting Manager. 4. Order and Payment Support
• Verify order details, including quantity, location, and payment status.
• Coordinate with internal Finance and Billing teams for payment status.
• Follow up on pending payments and payment-related issues.
• Assist with invoices, challans, Proof of Delivery (POD), and operational documents. 5. MIS and Backend Operations




• Update daily order and delivery status in the REPOS system.
• Maintain accurate operational records in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track pending orders, failed deliveries, and closures.
• Share daily operational status reports with the manager. Candidate Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent Kannada communication is mandatory, along with basic English and Hindi skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and comfort using mobile applications and operations tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and follow-up capabilities.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities efficiently.
• Geographical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Karnataka geography and key locations is preferred.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work in an office-based operations setup at Pune Head Office.
