Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates should be flexible and comfortable handling both voice and non-voice (chat) interactions while providing excellent customer support. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer interactions efficiently while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Adapt to both voice and chat processes based on business requirements.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in any field
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Must be comfortable handling both voice and chat support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
