Key responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and the timely submission of statutory returns.
- Manpower planning and workforce optimization in line with the approved manpower budget.
- Overall responsibility for the timely recruitment of staff and workmen as per the approved manpower budget and organizational requirements.
- Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Overall responsibility for plant administration and employee welfare activities.
- Driving organizational development initiatives through cutting-edge HR practices and improvement programs.
- Development and enhancement of subordinate team members through training, coaching, and skill-building initiatives.
- Preparation, monitoring, and effective management of the HR budget.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or higher authorities from time to time.
