About the role
We’re hiring a junior bench sales recruiter to market our in-house IT consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, and to get them placed on C2C/W2 projects. Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (OPT, H-1B, GC, US citizens) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients
- Find matching requirements on Dice, LinkedIn, vendor lists, and email hotlists
- Submit consultants with tailored resumes and accurate details
- Negotiate rates and get Right to Represent (RTR) confirmations
- Schedule interviews and prepare consultants for them
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and hotlists
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS
- Meet weekly submission and interview targets Requirements
- About 1 year of experience in US IT bench sales
- Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US tax terms
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, GC, EAD)
- Familiarity with IT technologies and roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing vendor contacts are a plus Nice to have
- Experience with an ATS (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.)
- A track record of placements
