We help mid-career people get replies from real hiring managers instead of applying on portals and hearing nothing. Every day we find fresh jobs that match them, find the person actually hiring, and email them from the job seeker’s own inbox. People pay for it every month. Right now it’s me and the system I’ve built. I’m looking for someone to work directly with me, starting with sales. What you’ll actually do Most of your day is on calls with people who’ve already reached out to us. You’ll understand what they’re looking for, walk them through how we work, and help them decide if it’s right for them. Around that, you’ll follow up on WhatsApp, get current clients set up, and tell me what’s working and what isn’t. What this is not This isn’t a job where someone hands you a cold list and a phone and hopes for the best. You won’t find your own leads or call strangers. Everyone you talk to came to us first. Your fixed stipend doesn’t depend on how many you close, and I’ll be sitting next to you while you learn how we sell.

Sales is where we start because it’s what the business needs most right now. As we grow, the role grows with you. The deal A 3-month internship, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, in person in Bangalore from 10 November. Rs 10,000 a month fixed, plus commission on clients you close. If it works well for both of us, we’ll talk about a long-term role at the end of it. You’ll fit if You’re comfortable talking to people most of the day, you can hold a real conversation with someone 10 years older than you, you figure things out without being told every step, and you’d enjoy helping someone land their next job.
