About the Role
TELUS Digital is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for its Non-Voice Chat Support Process. Candidates will assist customers through live chat, respond to their queries, resolve issues, and provide a smooth customer experience. Multiple processes and project opportunities are available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat and messaging channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and process-specific procedures.
- Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good written English communication skills.
