About the Role
Happiest Minds is looking for an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong background in the Insurance domain and proven expertise in managing large-scale IT Application Development, Modernization, and Support Programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise application delivery engagements, managing cross-functional teams, driving customer success, and overseeing end-to-end program governance. Experience managing programs built on Microsoft/.
NET technologies and working closely with Insurance business stakeholders is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale application development, enhancement, modernization, and support programs.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budget commitments.
- Establish program governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Manage multiple project streams and coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business functions.
- Drive planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of programs.
- Monitor program health through governance reviews, delivery dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.




- Ensure adherence to quality processes, delivery excellence practices, and compliance requirements.
- Support pre-sales engagements, solution reviews, effort estimations, proposals, and SOW creation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs and delivery teams. Required Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Program or Delivery Management roles.
- Solid experience managing Application Development and Application Support programs within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs using Microsoft technology stacks, including .
NET-based applications.
- Strong exposure to Insurance domain processes and platforms.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent projects across geographies.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
- Experience handling program financials, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and margin management. Insurance Domain Expertise (Mandatory) Candidates should have hands-on experience delivering technology programs in one or more of the following areas:

Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
