Role Description The Associate Founder is a full-time, remote role focused on helping shape Gnixar’s strategy, operations, and growth. This position involves collaborating on program design for web development and data science tracks, refining curriculum and learning experiences, and aligning offerings with market and employer needs. The Associate Founder will manage key partnerships with industry stakeholders, support learner placement initiatives, and contribute to brand positioning and thought leadership through content, events, and community engagement. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with instructors and mentors, analyzing learner outcomes and feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance scalability and impact.



The role also involves participating in high-level decision-making on product roadmap, business development, and long-term organizational strategy. Qualifications
