Full-Time Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, converting potential students into admissions, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Manage and guide the Business Development Executives and sales team.
- Follow up with potential students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and team performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback.




- Analyse sales reports and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for lead generation and promotional activities.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. Required Skills
