Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to assess clients career interests, skills, and goals.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tools.
- Assist students or clients with career exploration, course selection, and goal setting.
- Guide clients in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Organize and facilitate career workshops, job fairs, and employer networking events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, employment opportunities, and educational pathways.

- Track and report client progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
