Job Description
We are looking for an experienced skilled for the Deputy Manager – SCADA (Solar) role to support solar plant monitoring, performance analysis, and operational activities. The candidate should have experience in Solar SCADA systems, generation monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor solar plant performance and generation data through SCADA systems.
- Analyse generation trends, plant performance, and operational parameters.
- Monitor equipment availability, alarms, and system faults.
- Identify performance issues and support troubleshooting activities.
- Track plant downtime and recurring equipment failures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with O&M; and asset management teams to improve plant performance.
- Support operational efficiency and reliability improvement initiatives. Required
Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in Solar SCADA / Renewable Energy.
- Hands-on experience in SCADA monitoring and operations.
- Knowledge of solar plant operations and generation monitoring.
- Understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy operations.
- Experience in performance analysis, fault monitoring, and reporting.
- Good analytical and communication skills. Qualification: B.
E./B.
Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
