About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and responsible GNM Staff Nurses to join our nursing team. The role involves caring for patients across OPD, IPD, maternity, gynecology, IVF, and post-operative care areas. We welcome freshers and experienced nurses who value ethical patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive nursing care while maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Monitor vital signs, maintain accurate nursing records, and promptly report changes in patient condition to the treating doctor.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as directed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, deliveries, procedures, and minor interventions.
- Prepare patients for investigations, surgery, and IVF-related procedures.
- Support antenatal, postnatal, gynecological, fertility, and post-operative care.
- Follow infection-control practices and maintain hygiene, patient safety, and readiness of nursing stations and procedure areas.
- Explain care instructions within the nursing role and provide reassurance to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with doctors, OT staff, pharmacy, laboratory,



and front desk teams to ensure timely patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols for admissions, discharge, emergency assistance, and shift handovers. Qualifications and Skills
- GNM qualification from a recognized nursing institute.
- Valid nursing registration preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic proficiency in medication administration, IV cannulation, vital-sign monitoring, and nursing documentation.
- Good communication and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.
- A disciplined, dependable, and compassionate approach to work. Experience in a maternity hospital, IVF centre, labour room, gynecology ward, or operation theatre will be an advantage. Why Join Us?
