Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional who combines robust operational management with sales ability, financial discipline, customer service, and staff leadership. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the banquet facility, ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining high standards, and improving the venue’s revenue and profitability. My recommendation for recruitment If you are hiring a manager for an independently operated banquet hall, I recommend giving the position four primary accountabilities: Priority Responsibility Suggested weight in performance appraisal 1 Sales, bookings and revenue generation 30% 2 Event execution and customer satisfaction 30% 3 Cost control and profitability 25% 4 Staff management, maintenance and compliance 15% These weights are illustrative and can be adjusted to your business model. One important point: If the manager is expected to generate bookings, do not restrict the JD to operations alone. Make the person accountable for sales conversion, revenue targets, payment collection, and profitability as well. If the venue also includes lawns, rooms, a restaurant, or catering facilities, the responsibilities should be expanded to cover those operations. Would you like me to tailor this JD for your particular setup? I can prepare a more specific version for:
* Option A: Marriage garden / wedding banquet hall
* Option B: Premium banquet hall with in-house catering
* Option C: Banquet hall with lawns, rooms, and multiple event spaces
* Option D: Banquet hall manager with full responsibility for sales, operations, staff, and profit and loss (P&L;). Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹100,000.00 per month

Benefits:
- Commuter assistance
- Flexible schedule Ability to commute/relocate:
- Etah, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Banquet: 5 years (Required) Work
