What you'll do
- Own paid growth across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
- Scale revenue while improving CAC, ROAS and contribution margins.
- Build a relentless testing engine across creatives, hooks, offers and landing pages.
- Turn data into decisions. Know what to scale, what to cut and what to test next.
- Diagnose performance drops, find the bottleneck and act quick. No blaming the algorithm.
- Connect ads, creatives and website conversion to drive profitable growth.
- Build the systems and team needed to scale Mainrōse.
- Take ownership. Move without being told. Obsess over the numbers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning and scaling happen fast. What we're looking for: 7–10 years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands, deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise and a strong understanding of unit economics. ?
