UI Architect Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect with extensive experience in React.js and enterprise-grade UI component development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the front-end architecture, building scalable and reusable UI components, and setting UI engineering standards across multiple products. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding ex pertise, and close collaboration with product, UX, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities
UI Architecture & Strategy
- Define and own the front-end architecture for large-scale web applications
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable UI component libraries
- Establish UI design systems, component standards, and coding guidelines
- Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms React.js & Component Development
- Build and maintain high-quality React.js applications using up-to-date practices
- Develop shared component libraries (Storybook, design tokens, theming)
- Ensure components are configurable, testable, and version-controlled
- Implement advanced state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Technical Leadership
- Mentor and guide UI developers and senior engineers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Work closely with UX designers to translate designs into scalable components
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and data flows Quality, Performance & Security




- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and device responsiveness
- Improve UI performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization
- Enforce accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
- Implement secure front-end practices and data handling Required Technical SkillsCore Skills
- Expert in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Lifecycle Management)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- Deep experience in UI component library development
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid Front-End Ecosystem
- State management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand
- Styling: CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind, SCSS
- Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel
- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Design & UX Collaboration
- Experience working with Figma / Adobe XD designs
- Understanding of design systems and atomic design principles DevOps & Best Practices
- CI/CD integration for front-end builds
- Experience with Git, versioning, and branching strategies
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture (preferred) Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
- Exposure to Web Components and Module Federation
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
- Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise-scale products Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of overall UI/front-end development experience
- Proven experience as a UI Architect or Lead Front-End Engineer
