Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records. This role will support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, assisting in candidate screening, and facilitating offer and joining processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee engagement initiatives, support performance management cycles, and address routine HR queries in alignment with company policies. The role also includes assisting with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and compliance-related activities. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
- Experience in recruitment support, such as coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting in selection processes.
- Ability to drive employee engagement activities, support performance management, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, and statutory compliance relevant to HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment within the interior design or related industry is an added advantage.
