Role Description The Regional Head, HR & Business Development (Pune & Mumbai) | NAPS / Manpower Outsourcing is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position oversees HR operations and business development initiatives for the Pune and Mumbai regions, with a focus on NAPS and manpower outsourcing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding HR strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations for regional teams. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective recruitment and outsourcing solutions. The Regional Head will monitor performance metrics, support continuous process improvement, and represent the company in client meetings and industry interactions. Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading regional or multi-location HR operations.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, including compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance management support, and engagement initiatives.
- Experience in business development, client management, and manpower outsourcing or RPO services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai while coordinating effectively with teams and clients in Pune and Mumbai.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in NAPS, staffing, or recruitment solutions within a quick-paced, service-oriented environment is highly beneficial.
