We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our TVS dealership. The role involves helping customers choose the right two-wheeler, managing sales enquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, available offers, and finance options.
- Arrange test rides and help customers compare models.
- Follow up on showroom, phone, and online enquiries.
- Coordinate bookings, documentation, payments, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in the local language; Hindi or English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in following up with customers.
- Interest in two-wheelers and willingness to learn about TVS products.
- Automobile or retail sales experience preferred; motivated freshers are welcome.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
