We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys building products, writing clean code and solving technical problems. You'll work closely with the team to develop and improve Redwick, as well as contribute to other software projects at Bearstack.

What you'll do
- Design, develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
- Build new features and improve existing functionality in Redwick.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Design, develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with databases, manage data models and optimise queries.
- Implement authentication, authorisation and role-based access control.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs and payment or communication systems.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues and technical problems.
- Write maintainable, reusable and well-structured code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release management.
- Work with the product and design teams to turn requirements into working features. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js.
- Familiarity with Next.js is preferred.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
- Experience working with component-based architectures.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js, or an equivalent backend framework.




- Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of authentication, API security and server-side validation.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with MongoDB is an advantage.
- Understanding of database design, relationships and query optimisation.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Understanding of deployment, hosting and environment configuration.
- Basic knowledge of application security and performance optimisation. What we're looking for

- Familiarity with multi-tenant application architecture.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Redis, background jobs or real-time applications.
