Job Title: General Manager – Business Operations & Sales Department: Management, Accounts, Marketing & Sales Job Summary: Responsible for managing and leading the overall operations of the company, including financial management, social media marketing, sales development, lead generation, recruitment, and team leadership. Ensures smooth business operations, company growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Overall Company Management
- Manage and supervise the overall activities and daily operations of the company.
- Develop business strategies to improve company growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations. 2. Accounts & Financial Management
- Monitor company accounts, income, expenses, and financial records.
- Manage budgets, payments, billing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with accountants and ensure proper financial documentation. 3. Social Media Marketing & Branding
- Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Create strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers. 4. Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate new business leads through online and offline marketing.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Manage customer relationships, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and business opportunities. 5. Recruitment & Employee Management




- Recruit and hire current employees according to company requirements.
- Train, guide, and supervise employees.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and maintain team productivity. 6. Leadership & Business Development
- Lead the company team and make important business decisions.
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies.
- Ensure company goals and targets are achieved efficiently. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting, sales, digital marketing, and business operations. Experience
- Previous experience in business management, sales, marketing, accounts, or team leadership is preferred. Skills Required

Working Hours
As per company policy and business requirements. Salary As per company policy, qualifications, experience, and performance. Overall Objective: To take complete responsibility for company operations, lead the team, generate sales, manage finances and marketing, recruit employees, and drive the company's overall growth and success. Pay: ₹15,000.00
