- Handle end-to-end IT and Core IT recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirement understanding
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines ### Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical / Core IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical and infrastructure-based IT roles
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment ### Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Aim to achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
