The role involves outbound calling, engaging potential sellers, explaining platform benefits, and successfully onboarding them onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential sellers and drive seller acquisition.
- Explain seller registration processes, platform benefits, commission structures, and policies.
- Assist sellers with registration and profile creation on the Seller Partner Portal.
- Verify KYC documents and coordinate with internal verification teams.
- Follow up with sellers to ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and updates in CRM.




- Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
