Key Responsibilities

*
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues and outages
- Handle network configuration for Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos, Juniper, HP devices
- Manage IP addressing, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols
- Ensure network security through access controls, firewalls, and VPNs
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users and escalate L3 issues
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and daily health reports
- Coordinate with ISP vendors and IT team for smooth operations
- Perform regular network upgrades, patching, and backup *Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals
- TCP/IP, OSI Model, Subnetting,



Routing & Switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers/Switches, Firewall (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Sophos)
- Knowledge of CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+ preferred
- Experience in Network Monitoring Tools
- PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark
- Familiar with VPN, MPLS, Leased Line, Wireless Controllers
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts / 24x7 support if required *Certifications (Preferred):
* CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Firewall Certification, MCSE *
