4–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office (Retail Store) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading the store team. The ideal candidate should have robust retail operations knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in premium retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, ATV and UPT.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and improve store profitability.
- Implement promotional activities and sales strategies. 2. Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock audits and replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. 3. Team Management
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing the store team.
- Monitor team performance and individual sales targets.
- Conduct regular team briefings and product knowledge sessions.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance and performance management. 4. Customer Experience




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain premium service standards aligned with brand expectations. Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in organized retail.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in premium retail, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, jewellery or watches is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail sales KPIs and store operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred. Compensation & Benefits
