- Extendable) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and support of FSM solutions across global service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FSM platforms and tools, and a robust understanding of field service processes, scheduling, dispatching, mobile workforce enablement, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- FSM Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support FSM solution implementation including system design, configuration, customization, and rollout.
- Process Design & Optimization: Analyze and improve end-to-end service delivery processes, from work order creation to execution and closure.
- Scheduling & Dispatch Management: Implement intelligent scheduling, routing,



and dispatch optimization for field technicians to improve resource utilization.
- Mobile Workforce Enablement: Enable field service features on mobile devices to facilitate real-time access to job details, service history, and customer information.
- Integration: Integrate FSM platforms with ERP, CRM, and other third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct system and integration testing, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide go-live support.
- User Training & Documentation: Create training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and document standard operating procedures.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
