JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Incubator Trainer – Dahisar Centre Reports to: TOW Manager Key Accountabilities:
· Conduct training sessions as per the approved batch schedule at the Incubator Centre.
· Deliver practical demonstrations and hands-on learning in Tailoring & Fashion Designing.
· Guide students technically and mentor them throughout the course.
· Build positive relationships with students, master trainers, and external stakeholders.
· Record training activities through photography and videography, including basic shooting, editing, subtitling, and video completion.
· Maintain student attendance, assessments, and training records.
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Maintain stock records and internal inventory of training materials, equipment, and supplies.
· Ensure proper care and maintenance of machines, tools, and classroom resources.
· Support centre activities, events, and skill demonstrations whenever required. Qualification:
· 12th Pass (Minimum Qualification)
· Certificate, Diploma,



or Degree in Tailoring & Fashion Designing Additional certification in Fashion Design or Garment Construction will be an added advantage. Candidate Preferred: Female / Male Candidates only
