Full time Job Overview We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, create AI-powered UGC videos, run Meta ad campaigns, and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in organic social media marketing, paid advertising, content planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms. 2. Daily Social Media Posting: Plan, schedule, and publish 23 posts daily across designated social media platforms to maintain consistent engagement and brand visibility. 3. Meta Campaign Creative Development: Design high-quality ad creatives, promotional graphics, carousels, reels, and other marketing materials for Meta advertising campaigns. 4. AI-Powered UGC Video Creation: Create engaging User-Generated Content (UGC)-style videos using AI tools to support organic growth and paid advertising campaigns. 5. Google Business Profile Management: Regularly update Google Business Profiles with posts, photos, offers, business information, and other relevant content to improve local visibility. 6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with digital marketing, web development, and other relevant teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives. 7. Monthly Content and Campaign Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar covering organic posts, promotional activities, festivals, events, and paid advertising campaigns. 8. Meta Campaign Management: Set up, manage, monitor,



and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve campaign objectives and improve performance. 9. Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and cost per result. 10. Monthly Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly reports covering organic social media performance and Meta advertising results, highlighting key insights, achievements, and recommendations. Required Skills
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and creative development skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools for image, video, and UGC-style content creation.
- Understanding of Google Business Profile management and local SEO fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, time management, and organizational skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistency and quality of daily social media posts.
- Organic reach, engagement, follower growth, and audience interaction.
- Quality and effectiveness of Meta campaign creatives and AI-generated UGC videos.
- Accuracy and consistency of Google Business Profile updates.
- Meta campaign results, cost per lead, and return on ad spend, where applicable.
- Timely completion of monthly content calendars and performance reports. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Practical experience in social media management and digital advertising.
- A portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, video content, and campaign results is an advantage.
