The role involves website development, CMS customisation, technical SEO, performance optimisation, security, integrations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing & Communications team and other stakeholders to translate business and communication requirements into reliable, accessible, user-friendly digital experiences. ### Responsibilities
- Website Development and Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate websites, microsites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
- Manage CMS customisation, themes, plugins, templates, and website functionality.
- Implement new website features and improve existing functionality based on business requirements.
- Technical Development and Integrations: Develop and maintain front-end and back-end functionality using relevant web technologies.
- Build and manage APIs and third-party integrations, including forms, analytics, marketing tools, and other digital services.
- Manage databases, hosting environments, deployments, version control, and development workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website reliability and availability.
- Performance and Technical SEO: Optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals, page loading, and overall performance.
- Implement technical SEO requirements, including metadata, structured data,



XML sitemaps, redirects, canonical tags, and crawlability improvements.
- Support website analytics implementation and tracking requirements in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Coordinate with KMM to review technical issues identified through SEMrush, Google Search Console, and other approved tools.
- Provide regular updates on technical SEO issues, corrective actions, priorities, and resolution status.
- Support the technical implementation of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), ensuring website content is accessible, crawlable, indexable, and correctly structured for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Security and Accessibility: Implement website security best practices, including updates, access controls, backups, vulnerability management, and secure coding.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accessibility standards and support inclusive, accessible website experiences.
- Monitor website health and resolve security, compatibility, and performance issues.
- Website Migration, Deployment, and Change Management: Support website migrations, redesigns, content restructuring, and platform upgrades.
- Maintain version control, deployment documentation, and pre-launch testing procedures.
- Establish rollback procedures to ensure website modifications can be reversed safely without disrupting existing functionality.
- Maintain documentation for website architecture, integrations, deployments, and technical processes.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7-8 years of professional experience in web development, website management, and technical implementation.
- Solid experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent systems.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks.
