Role Description The Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain will oversee end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations for Elunor’s beauty-tech devices and related product portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective availability of components and finished goods. Qualifications
- Strong Supplier Management and Supplier Development skills, including relationship building, performance monitoring, and long-term partnership planning.
- Proven experience in Procurement and Category Management, with the ability to design sourcing strategies and manage key spend categories.




- Manage end-to-end international procurement, freight forwarding, customs clearance and import documentation.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, cost analysis, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including demand planning, logistics, inventory control, and contract negotiation.
- Background in hardware, electronics, medical devices, FMCG, or beauty-tech manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, work on-site with operations and R&D;, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with fast-paced, early-stage environments and the ability to establish processes, KPIs, and governance from the ground up. What makes this opportunity exciting
