About the Role

- QRiousCodes, the Track & Trace solutions business of Control Print Limited, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager
- Sales to drive international business growth and expand its global market presence.
- The role will focus on developing new markets, acquiring strategic customers, and driving sales of Track & Trace, serialization, product authentication, and compliance solutions, while building solid international customer and channel partnerships. About You

Key Responsibilities

- International Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned international markets, identify growth opportunities, and drive market entry and territory expansion.
- Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition, develop strategic accounts, manage the complete sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Manage lead generation, opportunity development, commercial negotiations, sales forecasting, and pipeline performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with international customers and senior stakeholders, understand business requirements, and position appropriate Track & Trace solutions.
- Channel & Partner Development: Identify and develop international distributors, agents, system integrators, and business partners to expand market reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Software, Engineering, Service, Projects, Operations,



and Marketing teams to develop solutions and ensure smooth customer onboarding and order execution.
- Market Development: Participate in international exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales targets, pipeline conversion, partner performance, and market development activities, providing regular updates to senior management. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience:
8-12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, international sales, or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or packaging machinery/equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new international markets.
- Experience managing international customers, distributors, agents, and strategic accounts.
