The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate processes, with a focus on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP REFX configuration.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations. SAP REFX Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP REFX system. Real Estate Transactions: Manage real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals. Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate portfolios. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting:
Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and real estate processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in finance roles with a focus on real estate. In-depth knowledge of SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred
Qualifications:
Qualified certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance.
