Full-time / Contract We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Service Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Service Management (SM) module within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Management module according to business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and deliver appropriate configurations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth integration of Service Management processes.
- Design and document business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP Public Cloud and Service Management functionality.
- Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer,



and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with the technical team to manage extensions, integrations, and cloud platform services.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Service Management (SM) processes such as:
- Service Orders
- Service Contracts
- Service Billing
- Service Reporting
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to Service Management.
- Sound understanding of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Finance).
- Experience working in SAP Activate framework and cloud implementation methodology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid global team. Preferred

Qualifications:

- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (Service or Sales modules)
- Experience with SAP BTP, Key User Extensibility, or Integration Suite
