About the Role
Denken Solutions, Inc. is looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Inside Sales Specialist to expand its US Staffing business through direct client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new direct clients in the US staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, MSPs, and enterprise clients.
- Promote IT and Healthcare staffing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and negotiations.
- Develop MSP/VMS and vendor partnerships.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets. Required Skills




- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales.
- Experience in US Staffing, IT Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Experience with direct clients, MSP/VMS programs, and vendor partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Dynamics 365. Preferred Skills
- Existing US staffing client network.
- Experience with Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients.
- Knowledge of Fieldglass, Beeline, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Experience with RFP/RFI, MSA, SOW, and commercial negotiations.
