Key responsibilities
- Appoint Dealers, Distributors in each district in their territories as per the District Plans finalised by HO. Achieve Sales Targets in their territory as per the city / dealer distributor sales plan finalised with HO. To plan and execute the Branding activities in their Territory. To Appoint and manage a team of Sales executives, TO, ASM in the specified Territory.
Ensure Secondary sales for Dealers / Distributers by their team members. Payments – Receive and follow up as per the Company Policy. Ensure Timely customer service to the dealers/ distributer. Target Industry / Organizations : Industries / Related product line –Hand tools /Power Tools/ V-Belts / Belt Bearing / Drill / Hand Tools Grinding Wheels / PTA Target cos: -
