Pune Role Overview InspireXT seeks a senior Oracle EPM leader to build and grow its Connected Finance business across EPM, with a primary focus on Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliations and Tax Reporting The role combines executive advisory, EPM solution architecture, business development, and customer engagement.



Initially focused on solution leadership for strategic FCCS, ARCS, TRCS opportunities, the role will evolve into a market-facing practice leadership position responsible for growing InspireXT's Oracle EPM business. As the face of InspireXT's Connected Finance proposition, the leader will help CFO organizations modernize consolidation, financial close, reconciliations, governance, compliance, and reporting through Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Solution Leadership
• Lead Oracle FCCS, ARCS, TRCS solution architecture for strategic pursuits and transformation engagements.
• Conduct executive workshops on Financial Close Transformation, Record-to-Report optimization, consolidation, and reconciliation modernization.
• Define target-state EPM architectures leveraging FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, Financial Reporting, and related Oracle EPM technologies.
• Provide guidance on consolidation design, close management processes, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, currency translation, and account reconciliation frameworks.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure adherence to Oracle EPM implementation best practices.
• Establish architecture governance and quality assurance across strategic Oracle EPM programs. 2. Business Development & Go-To-Market Leadership
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on Oracle EPM solutions.
• Build a qualified pipeline across Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Lead executive-level solution discussions and pre-sales engagements.
• Partner with Oracle sales and alliance teams to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Shape commercial proposals, Statements of Work, and transformation roadmaps.




• Expand EPM opportunities within existing customer base.
• Position InspireXT as a specialist partner for Connected Finance solutions covering ERP, EPM, Reporting and AI. 3. Thought Leadership & Market Presence
• Develop points of view on Finance Transformation and modern Record-to-Report processes.
• Represent InspireXT at Oracle user groups, customer forums, and industry events.
• Establish strategic relationships with Oracle EPM sales, product management, and alliance teams.
• Drive thought leadership around:
• Financial Consolidation & Close
• Account Reconciliation Automation
• Tax Reporting
• IFRS compliance and adoption in EPM
• Financial Governance & Compliance
• Continuous Close
• AI-enabled Finance Operations
• Finance Transformation Strategy Requirements
• 15+ years of consulting, advisory, or enterprise transformation experience.
• 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience with significant exposure to Oracle FCCS, ARCS, TRCS.
• Proven experience leading multiple EPM implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of consolidation, statutory reporting, group reporting, and close processes.
• Experience leading customer workshops, solution architecture, and pursuit activities.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders.
• Experience building consulting practices, solution offerings, and strategic alliances. Preferred
• Experience with Oracle PBCS.
• Experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials.
