Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer with several years of experience in Fire & Life Safety consultancy to develop fire engineering solutions, prepare fire strategies, and ensure compliance with local Fire & Life Safety Codes, NFPA standards, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fire engineering strategies and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) reports.
- Conduct assessments for means of egress, evacuation, fire compartmentation, fire separation, smoke control, and performance-based fire engineering solutions.
- Review architectural and MEP drawings for fire safety compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, developers, contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Attend technical meetings and support projects from concept design to final authority approval.
- Identify fire safety risks and recommend compliant mitigation measures.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical calculations.




- Provide technical support during site inspections, testing, commissioning, and final approvals.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records. Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Fire Engineering (mandatory).
- With several years of experience in Fire & Life Safety consultancy.
- Robust knowledge of NFPA standards, including NFPA 101, 13, 14, 20, and 72.
- Experience in performance-based fire engineering design is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of fire modelling tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, report-writing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret international codes and local regulations and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with high-rise, complex, and mixed-use developments is preferred.
