Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Associte Recruiter (Non-IT) with a strong background in Indian non-IT hiring to manage mandates end-to-end and drive successful closures. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality roles with strong earning potential while collaborating with a structured recruitment team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned mandates.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for role fit.
- Submit shortlisted profiles to the Account Manager for client submission.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support offer discussions and salary negotiations .




- Drive roles to closure within agreed timelines.
- Participate in team syncs and maintain consistent progress updates.
- Work on a minimum of 4 active roles per month . REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or consulting preferred).
- Mandatory experience in Indian market hiring .
- Strong expertise in non-IT roles across functions or industries.
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders and candidate pipelines.
- Strong ownership mindset and adherence to deadlines.
