Job Description
- Senior Interior Designer Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a solid background in luxury residential interiors and turnkey projects. The candidate should have expertise in design development, client management, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and premium interior design concepts for luxury residential projects.
- Handle end-to-end turnkey interior projects, from concept development to final handover.
- Prepare space plans, 2D layouts, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and deliver designs aligned with their expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of junior interior designers.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Oversee material selection, finishes, BOQs, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and execution quality.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
- Relevant experience in luxury residential interiors or turnkey projects.
- Strong portfolio of luxury residences, villas, apartments, or premium homes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualisation tools.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, BOQs, and site execution.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent client-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects.
