We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and energetic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities 1. Cafe Operations
- Manage and supervise day-to-day café operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, barista, and serving staff.
- Maintain service quality, food standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures. 2. Staff Management
- Supervise, train, and manage café employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift allocation.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure professional behaviour and teamwork among employees.
- Handle staff-related concerns and operational issues. 3. Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Build positive relationships with regular customers. 4. Inventory & Purchase Management
- Monitor food, beverages, and other stock levels.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure proper stock maintenance and minimize wastage.
- Monitor daily consumption and purchase requirements. 5. Cash & Sales Management
- Handle daily cash, billing, and POS operations.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain expense records and operational reports.




- Ensure proper cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Help achieve monthly sales and business targets. 6. Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular checks of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures. 7. Business Growth
- Suggest ideas to improve café operations and customer experience.
- Support promotional activities and special events.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
- Help maintain the brand image and reputation of The House Cafe. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management preferred.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, and POS systems.
- Understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Basic knowledge of sales, expenses, and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy hours.
