Experience:
12–20 Years ? Industry: Geology / Geotechnical / Mining / Infrastructure We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end project operations for a growing start-up. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proven project leadership experience and the ability to build and manage teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of project execution, timelines, quality and successful delivery. 2. End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects from planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring and completion. 3. Team Building & Client Management: Build and lead teams, manage client relationships and ensure effective stakeholder coordination. 4. Business Development & Bidding: Identify opportunities, manage tendering and lead technical and commercial proposal preparation. 5. Technical Oversight: Ensure technical quality, compliance and adherence to project standards. 6. Business Operations:
Manage resources, vendors, budgets and overall operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 12–20 years of relevant experience in geological, geotechnical, mining or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in project execution and end-to-end project management.
- Proven ability to build teams and independently manage clients and stakeholders.
- Exposure to tendering, bidding and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
