With manufacturing facilities in South and Western India and expansion planned into North and East India, the company is on a strong growth path. Role Summary Lead end-to-end production operations for customised industrial chillers, ensuring timely manufacturing, quality compliance and on-time delivery while optimising cost, productivity and resource utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organise and monitor production activities to deliver chillers on time within quality, cost and productivity targets
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and SOPs across shop floor operations, assembly and testing
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Sales,



Quality and Service teams for smooth execution of production schedules and customer commitments
- Optimise manpower, machine utilisation and inventory to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis
- Mentor and develop the production team through training and performance reviews
- Track KPIs – production output, on-time delivery, quality, productivity and cost – and implement corrective actions Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in chiller production
- Diploma in RAC / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, planning and team management skills
- Ability to solve problems, coordinate across functions and drive continuous improvement
