About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workforce Recruitment Operations Manager to manage our India-side recruitment-agency network and coordinate blue-collar workforce deployment to the Middle East, particularly the UAE. Our UAE team manages client acquisition and employer relationships. You will be our main operational contact in India , working with approved recruitment agencies to coordinate manpower requirements, interviews, documentation, departures and confirmed joining. This position requires actual deployment experience—not only CV sourcing, general HR administration or domestic recruitment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage agency partnerships: Identify, assess and maintain relationships with licensed overseas recruitment agencies across India. Visit agency offices, assess their capabilities and recommend suitable partners.
- Coordinate manpower

Communicate approved employer requirements, including worker categories, headcount, salary, perks, selection criteria and target dates.
- Manage recruitment coordination: Arrange candidate submissions, employer interviews, trade tests, selections and offer acceptance through approved recruitment partners.
- Track documentation and readiness: Follow up with the responsible agencies and employers on recruitment documents, contracts, medical checks, applicable emigration clearance, insurance and employment-entry approvals.
- Coordinate deployment and joining: Track outstanding requirements, coordinate approved travel and ensure the UAE receiving team confirms workers’ arrival and onboarding.
- Maintain operational control: Keep accurate deployment trackers, provide regular updates, resolve delays and escalate document discrepancies, worker concerns or unapproved charges.



Required experience and skills
- At least four years of workforce recruitment or deployment operations experience , including two years personally coordinating India-to-Middle East blue-collar recruitment .
- Experience coordinating at least one completed UAE deployment within the last 24 months , with responsibility extending beyond sourcing into documentation, departure or joining coordination.
- Practical experience working with Indian overseas recruitment agencies, including agency assessment, field visits and day-to-day operational follow-up.
- Working knowledge of recruitment documentation, eMigrate-related processes and the respective responsibilities of agencies and employers.
- Ability to maintain deployment trackers and prepare clear reports using Excel or Google Sheets .
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with professional English and the ability to communicate effectively with Indian agency partners.
- Willingness to travel within India and coordinate regularly with our UAE team. Relevant industry experience Experience across two or more of the following sectors is preferred: Construction and MEP
