With manufacturing facilities in South and Western India and expansion planned into North and East India, the company is on a solid growth path. Role Summary Lead after-sales service operations for industrial chillers, ensuring timely installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and warranty handling to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service and warranty support
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and achieve service response time targets
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and SOPs in all service operations




- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Quality and Production teams for installation schedules and customer commitments
- Optimise manpower, tools and spares to improve efficiency and control service and warranty costs
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis
- Mentor and develop service engineers and technicians; track KPIs such as response time, warranty claims and complaint closure Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in chiller installation, commissioning and service
- Diploma in RAC / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
- Strong leadership, planning and team management skills
- Ability to solve problems, coordinate across functions and drive continuous improvement
