- Prepare and present candidate profiles for client submissions.

- Have a foundational understanding of recruitm ent (sourcing, screening, outreach).
- Know how to conduct a qualified candidate interaction.




- Have used job portals or LinkedIn sourcing at a beginner level.
- Can comm it 6 focused hours da ily.
- Are sincere, proactive, and ownership-driven. What You’ll Gain
