The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in the mobility or transportation industry, with solid expertise in city operations, vehicle management, hub management, sales, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
• City Operations: Manage and oversee daily city operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
• P&L; Management: Take ownership of city-level revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance.
• Vehicle Management: Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, driver allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Hub Management: Oversee hub operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, hub teams, and other departments.
• Sales & Business Growth: Develop strategies to increase bookings, improve customer acquisition, and achieve business targets.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate city teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Performance Monitoring:



Identify business gaps and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in the mobility, transportation, taxi services, or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of city operations, vehicle management, and hub management.
• Experience in business development, sales, and team management.
• Understanding of P&L; management, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Languages: Telugu is mandatory. English and Hindi are preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of city-level targets and business performance. Preferred Candidate Profile
